Family Solutions Inc agents will perform an inventory that includes photographic or video evidence including written documentation of your property.

WHAT IS PROPERTY INVENTORY?

Family Solutions Inc. provides personal property inventories and business asset inventories to assist clients when they are faced with this task. A personal property inventory is a complete list of all your household or business goods and personal belongings. A complete asset report may be needed for several reasons:

  • You may not have been inside your home/business for a long period of time

  • You may not have the time to perform an in-depth inventory

  • Conflict may arise if you personally perform the inventory

  • Inventories performed by Family Solutions Inc. are not biased

  • You may not possess the proper tools or have knowledge to perform an inventory

Usually, no one is fully prepared to provide an accurate account of their property but Family Solutions Inc can help you to reduce the stress involved in a property inventory. A personal property inventory in place before court proceedings may insure that your inventory is accurate. Family Solutions Inc. will modify any property inventories to your specific needs and will provide detailed documentation exclusively to your requirements.

PLEASE NOTE

  • The objectives of Family Solutions Inc. are to provide an independent third party witness and facilitate appropriate interaction during the property exchange.

  • The Guidelines & Agreement form and the informational worksheet must be completed and signed by both parties involved prior to scheduling the Property Inventory. All relevant court orders must be tendered prior to the inventory. All information provided to Family Solutions Inc must remain current and up-dated as needed.

  • Except for late cancellations and emergencies, calls to Family Solutions Inc. should be made Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

  • Family Solutions Inc. does not serve as security guards. If any situation arises that may create an imminent threat or involve any criminal behavior, the monitor(s) will contact local law enforcement authorities for intervention.
